Sargutrans needed a credible online presence that actually brings in leads — and a system to manage inventory and follow-ups without chaos behind the scenes.

Their old setup wasn’t mobile-friendly, didn’t show up well in search, and enquiries were easy to miss when the team was busy.

Challenge#

Local buyers search online first. If your inventory isn’t easy to browse on a phone, and you don’t show up on Google, you lose to competitors before the first call happens.

What we did#

We delivered the full stack: a modern responsive website, a web application with a backoffice for managing inventory and leads, plus Google Ads and SEO so the right people could actually find them.

Website (modern + responsive)#

A fast, mobile-first website built around what buyers care about:

  • Inventory browsing that’s easy on phones
  • Clear “call / WhatsApp / request info” paths across the site
  • Modern, credible design that doesn’t look like a template

Web application + backoffice#

To keep the public site accurate and the team efficient, we added a backoffice where they can:

  • Manage car listings and details without touching code
  • Track incoming enquiries in one place
  • Keep the website in sync with updates to inventory

Bonus system (loyalty / incentives)#

We implemented a simple bonus system to support repeat buyers and referrals, designed to be easy to run day-to-day from the backoffice.

Google Ads#

We launched and structured Google Ads campaigns around high-intent searches, with ad messaging that matches the inventory and sends traffic to pages built to convert.

SEO optimization#

We tightened the technical foundation and on-page SEO so Sargutrans can rank locally over time:

  • Clean page structure and metadata
  • Performance-focused build (Core Web Vitals friendly)
  • Search-friendly inventory pages (so listings can be discovered)
